5. PRE-ORDERS AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
BYADA LLC may offer pre-order and made-to-order products in the future. Pre-order items require full payment at the time of order. Delivery times for pre-order and made-to-order items will be communicated at purchase and are subject to change. Cancellation or refunds for these items may be limited; please review specific product terms before purchasing.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are clearly displayed at checkout. BYADA LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
7. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
BYADA LLC does not offer refunds, only exchanges under specific conditions. Exchanges must be requested within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
