IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM, YOU MUST REPORT THE ISSUE WITHIN 21 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE, ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, WHICH MEANS:

  • UNWORN, UNUSED, AND FREE FROM ANY DAMAGE OR SIGNS OF WEAR

  • ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING INCLUDED, SUCH AS THE SHOEBOX AND DUST BAG, UNDAMAGED AND INTACT

  • ALL TAGS AND LABELS STILL ATTACHED

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. EXCHANGES MUST BE SHIPPED BACK AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

FOR THE BEST CARE OF YOUR SHOES WHEN TRYING THEM ON, PLEASE PROTECT THE SOLES BY STANDING ON A CARPETED SURFACE.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR ITEM(S) FOR AN EXCHANGE

ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 21 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

  • TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE, PLEASE EMAIL INFO@BYADA.CO WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER, PHOTOS OF THE ITEM, AND A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE.

  • IF YOUR EXCHANGE IS APPROVED, YOU MAY SHIP THE ITEM BACK AT YOUR OWN COST. RETURN SHIPPING FEES ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

  • ITEM(S) MUST BE UNUSED, UNWORN, AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.

  • INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL SHOEBOX, DUST BAG, AND A COPY OF YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.

  • USE A PROTECTIVE SHIPPING BOX OR MAILER TO AVOID DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT.
