We do not issue refunds on any purchases. Items purchased on our website can only be returned for store credit.
In the event that your footwear does not fit and you would like to complete an exchange, please notify tejahnburnett.com no later than 3 business days (72 Hours) after your delivery date. Exchanges are expected to be delivered to us within 14 days of your delivery date.
In order to exchange an item, the item(s);

Both insole and outsoles must not be worn,

Altered

Washed, and be accompanied by the original tags.

All footwear must be returned in its original condition and original box — labels added and any damages to the shoebox may result in your return being declined.

Exchanges for another size will be processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after we receive your returned item.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. The cost of shipping is the customers expense.
We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
Please note: The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses and duty fees associated with an exchange.
